An exciting new update has been released about High Street Place

After a long two-year delay due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the highly-anticipated High Street Place food hall is finally open to the public.

The food hall, located in Downtown Boston, officially opened its doors March 2, with 20 vendors in the 20,000 square-foot space within the Financial District location.

Leading up to its opening, High Street Place held a preview event on Feb. 23 for a select group of individuals, offering a limited food and drink menu from some of the food vendors. Some of the places featured included Fuji Sushi, Daiquiris and Daisies, as well as Gorgeous Gelato.

Lauren Johnson, the manager of High Street Place, shared what she hopes that customers will take away from this exciting new food venture.

“We’re all about community building here, so we want everybody to be able to be together again after a difficult few years and have a good time,” Johnson said. “We are going to be having a lot of fun events and programming in place, but the food here is what is the centerpiece of High Street Place.”

Official photos were also released of the venue itself, showcasing what customers can expect from their dining experience. The centerpiece of the location will include a five-story atrium with a plant wall and a retractable window wall system, which will open up in the upcoming warmer months.

More information about the opening and the full updated list of vendors, including the newly added Blackbird Donuts, can be found on the official High Street Place website.

High Street Place is located at 100 High Street, Boston MA 02110.
