Wednesday 2/11

11 AM- 12:30 PM:  Valentine’s Day Stay Connected Table with OCHO- Come and find out what to do in Boston on Valentine’s Day. There will be candy and Valentine’s Day cookies. Get the latest updates on all the events and programs that are going on not only at Suffolk, but in Boston as well! (Donahue Lobby)

Thursday 2/12

1 PM- 2:15 PM: Spring’s Awakening – Wedekind’s Awakening- The Performing Arts Office is doing Spring Awakening, the musical, as their mainstage production this year. Based on a controversial 19th century German play, this award winning rock opera tells the story of a group of young people making their way through the tumult, frustrations, yearning and fears of adolescence. Jay Rosellini, Professor and Director of the German Program, will lead a presentation about the historical background of the show and Wedekind’s place in German and European drama history.  (Stahl Center)

5 PM- 9 PM: Movie Night: Higher Learning- This drama examines the personal, political, and racial dilemmas a group of freshman face during their first semester at Columbus University. (Donahue 403)

Friday 2/13

6 PM- 9 PM: Winter Bingo!- Who doesn’t love a good bingo game and food? All Suffolk students are welcome to a traditional bingo night in the Donahue Cafe. The winners of each round will receive Suffolk University merchandise and other prizes valued between $25-$100 dollars. Get connected to Boston, Suffolk and friends. Bring your Suffolk ID. (Donahue Café)

8 PM: Spring Showcase- A collection of student written and directed plays featuring Up in the Clouds, It Started with a Table, Undateable, and All Things to All Men. Tickets can be reserved here  (Studio Theatre)

7 PM- 9 PM: Seriously Bent at Laugh Riot- Seriously Bent is performing at Harvard’s Laugh Riot! This is Harvard’s seventeenth year running Laugh Riot! It’s a fantastic and fun weekend with many college troupes and professional improvisers performing in shows. There are four shows altogether, two each night, and each troupe will have one or two sets. The festival will take place in Harvard’s Loeb theater on Friday at 7pm&9pm and Saturday at 7pm&9pm. E-mail [email protected] with your name, showtime, and desired number of tickets to reserve yours.

Saturday 2/14
