STUDENT FEATURE: Devin Scott

INSTARAM: What is your major/year?
DEVIN SCOTT: Theatre, Senior – Class of 2014

What activities are you involved in on and off campus?

SCOTT: I am a member and the Events Coordinator for Rampage! Show Choir. I am also an active member in the Theatre Department and the Performing Arts Office. I work in Resident Life and Housing.

How did you find your way around campus? What advice do you have for the incoming freshmen?
SCOTT: The first week I was at Suffolk, I auditioned for Fall Fest and that is where I met some of my best friends at Suffolk. I was really blessed to work with such a great group!
My advice would be to get involved. Being a commuter school, it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle and having groups of people with similar interests to rely on helps the transition into college go smoothly.

Also for Freshman: Study Abroad! My time in London was the best time of my life!

What has been your greatest accomplishment at Suffolk?
SCOTT: Being able to combine my studies and my love of acting and singing for the last three years.

Random Question: What 3 things do you think of the most during your typical day?
1. The Future/ My Future – with excitement and trepidation
2. London and traveling back to Europe
3. Decorating my room in my new apartment in the fall!
